Foundation Botox and Dermal Filler Training Course (1.5 Days)
This CPD-accredited 1.5-day beginner Botox and dermal filler course is designed for physicians, dentists, nurses and other eligible registered healthcare professionals seeking a structured introduction to aesthetic injectables. It is suitable for delegates with no previous aesthetics experience and combines essential theory with supervised practical training.
You will learn Botox and dermal filler techniques for frown lines, forehead lines, crow’s feet, brow lifting, lip enhancement and shaping, nasolabial folds and marionette lines. Training also covers needle and cannula techniques.
The theory includes facial anatomy, patient consultation, facial assessment, treatment planning, contraindications, product preparation, injection methods and complication awareness. The course is 50% practical, with small-group sessions providing hands-on injecting experience with live cosmetic models under close trainer supervision.
Delegates also receive access to detailed e-learning materials, recorded theory presentations, step-by-step treatment videos, consent and aftercare documents, and ongoing post-course support from the Derma Institute training team.

Practice on Live Models
Foundation theory introduces the key principles of Botox and dermal filler treatment before the practical session, helping you arrive prepared for supervised clinical application.
During your hands-on training, you will assess and inject live cosmetic models while receiving close guidance from experienced trainers. Our landmark-based training system supports a clear understanding of facial anatomy, injection points and safe treatment planning throughout each practical session.
Small Group Training
Practical training is completed in small groups, giving you regular access to your trainer, focused feedback and an active role throughout the session.
Our typical delegate-to-trainer ratio is 4:1, allowing you to gain meaningful injecting experience across a range of models and treatments. Patient assessment, facial mapping and treatment delivery are closely supervised within a structured clinical setting.
